Description
Idli is one of the famous South Indian dish. It is made by soaking the rice and urad dal for about 6-7 hours. Then grind it and allow it to ferment overnight. The organic idli rice used for making idli’s is not the normal rice but Idli rice. Idli rice is the parboiled rice of good quality which is specially processed for making idli. This rice makes the idli soft. You can even make dosa out of it. It gives a different taste and texture to idli and Dosa.
