Return Eligibility

• The product received has passed its expiry date.

To be considered for a return or refund, all requests must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your order. Supporting photographs or other evidence may be required to help us assess your claim.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unopened and unused.

• Be returned in their original condition.

• Include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice where applicable.

Keralataste reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Perishable food products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or expired.

• Frozen products that have been delivered in acceptable condition.

• Promotional, clearance, discounted, or special-sale items with clearly stated short expiry dates.

• Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery.

Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

If you wish to request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Product details

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the damage, incorrect item, expiry date, or other concern

Step 2: Request Review

Upon receiving your request, our support team will:

• Review the information provided

• Assess eligibility for return, replacement, or refund

• Contact you with further instructions if the request is approved

Where necessary, we may arrange product collection or provide return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Return the Product

Approved returns must:

• Remain unopened and unused

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Include all labels, accessories, and supporting documentation

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, expired, defective, or incorrectly supplied item, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 4: Product Inspection

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, our team will:

• Inspect the item's condition

• Verify the reported issue

• Confirm compliance with our return policy

Step 5: Refund or Replacement Approval

After successful inspection and verification, we will:

• Issue a refund to the original payment method, or

• Dispatch a replacement product, subject to stock availability

The chosen resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Step 6: Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed promptly following inspection and approval.

Please allow approximately 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Important Notes

• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by Keralataste.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
