Brown Rice Puttu Culinary Uses : Take 2 cups of the spice Club Brown Rice Puttu Flour and add salt to taste. Sprinkle water and mix it thoroughly with hand. Add about 1/4 cup of grated coconut to the bottom of the mould of puttu maker, Then add Puttu Flour untill the mould is halfway filled. Add another layer (1/4 cup) of coconut and fill up the flour and steam for about 10-12 mins Now Brown Rice Puttu is Ready, Serve it with ghee & banana or Kadala curry.
