Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item has been delivered.
- The product received has passed its expiry date.
- There is a valid quality concern or issue with the product.
To be considered for a return or refund, all requests must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your order. Supporting photographs or other evidence may be required to help us assess your claim.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unopened and unused.
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice where applicable.
Keralataste reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable food products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or expired.
- Frozen products that have been delivered in acceptable condition.
- Promotional, clearance, discounted, or special-sale items with clearly stated short expiry dates.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery.

If you wish to request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Product details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, incorrect item, expiry date, or other concern
Step 2: Request Review
Upon receiving your request, our support team will:
- Review the information provided
- Assess eligibility for return, replacement, or refund
- Contact you with further instructions if the request is approved
Where necessary, we may arrange product collection or provide return shipping instructions.
