All orders are dispatched from our London warehouse through our trusted delivery partners: DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched on the same day using our delivery partners' next-day delivery service (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, delivery location, and shipment weight.

Maximum parcel weight: 30kg. Any shipment exceeding 30kg may incur additional delivery charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

• Delivery charges may vary depending on the shipment location and weight.

UK Offshore Deliveries

For deliveries to offshore locations, including: Guernsey,Isle of Man

Please allow approximately 2 working days for delivery. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and shipment weight.
